becomes a data story: which farm
(location, harvest date), what
methods, what impact (CO2, water-
and land usage) and ingredient
information (allergens, nutrition).

By scanning a QR code on the menu
or product, consumers can explore
the journey of their food: from farm
to fork, complete with origin,
sustainability facts, and impact.
