I’m Damien Taylor, a chef driven by a relentless passion for the short food supply chain and a non-negotiable mission to know exactly where every ingredient comes from. I’ve replaced greenwashed marketing with a food blockchain, an immutable ledger of truth that bridges the gap between the plate and the earth.
To help you make truly conscious choices, I’ve integrated real-time data on CO2 emissions, land use, and water consumption directly into my recipes. By laying bare the environmental cost of every ingredient, I want to show that what’s good for the body can also be gentle on the planet or vice versa. My recipes are a traditional representation of those values, transforming complex data into a living map that invites you to investigate every grain and drop of oil.
While not every part of my recipe is traceable yet, I see this as a journey and a tool to inspire you to explore the food chain for yourself. It’s an invitation to be curious and reconnect with the source because, at the end of the day, it doesn’t hurt to ask: where does my food come from?
